House Meeting Leaders Training Program


Program Overview

At PANA, we work with “indigenous leaders” — the people who are already building the social fabric of communities.

We develop their capacity to become effective organizers who will create solutions and shape polices that reflect the needs of refugees in San Diego.


Program Demographics

Target Age Group: Young Adult, Adult, 55+

Target Ethnicity: Other- refugees from Asia, East Africa, and the Middle East.

Target Area: San Diego County, City of San Diego

Instruction Languages: English, Arabic

Qualifications:

Leaders have to be identified as "indigenous leaders", in other words, someone has identified them as taking on informal leadership roles in the community.
